I just wanted to say that I am still working on my art. Don't forget about me ... I started grad school in the fall, and though I've been working on new Celtic knot designs, I haven't had the time to complete anything I'd feel worthy of posting here. In particular, I'm working on a new cross, and I doodled a border-type design that I hope to post here soon. So I haven't died, and I will be adding to my gallery within the next couple months. Any feedback on current work is, of course, desired and will be considered in my future work.

So obviously I've been experimenting at length with Celtic knot designs. Any of these may be used as tattoos, but if you do use one, please let me know and post a picture of your tattoo when it's finished. I think it'd be awesome to have drawn someone's tattoo ...

I've noticed my scanner doesn't always scan things clearly; I apologize for this. Maybe when I get my own place and am using MY scanner (not my parents') again, things will be clearer. Dunno.

Anyway, I'd really love some comments/critiques on my stuff to help me get an idea of what I'm doing right and where I could improve. A lot of my designs feel like they're missing something to me, but I can't really figure out what it is or how to fix them. Maybe someone else has an idea. So let me know. You'd be my best friend .

Yeah ... that whole having time thing ended shortly after I wrote that journal. I got two jobs, then a third, for which I'm taking time off from the other two jobs. But since this new job has a normal schedule, I'm hoping I'll have some time to draw. I've been doodling Celtic knot designs at work; I might post those up in scraps, I dunno. Anyway, maybe now I really will get something done for here.

Well, since I graduated college and am taking a year off before applying to law school, I have quite a bit of time on my hands. So I bought myself some Prismacolor markers and am experimenting with this new-to-me medium. I haven't produced anything yet worthy of posting ... maybe one that I'd put in scraps, but I have faith. I'm also planning to do another colored pencil portrait, which I expect I'll find acceptable for posting. Anyway, keep a lookout for new stuff in the next couple of weeks. And I'd appreciate comments/critiques when I do post. Actually, I'd appreciate comments/critiques on the stuff I've currently posted, for that matter. Alright, that's about all I have to say.
